• All orders ship from Broward, FL. We offer free shipping via USPS for U.S. orders and express shipping via UPS. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S.

  International Shipping:
• Once a package leaves the country, we cannot provide further delivery information beyond what is available in the USPS tracking system. If you have delivery issues, please reach out to your local postal service.
• Nourganics is not liable for any shipments once they leave the USA. Customs and duty charges are not covered by Nourganics.
• The customer is responsible for clearing the goods and paying any fees imposed by the destination country.

Nourganics Return and Exchange Policy

We stand by our products 100% and accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding shipping costs).

We do not provide return labels; however, we cover the shipping cost for exchanges.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for Nourganics to process your refund to your credit card upon receipt of the original items.

Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from retailers other than nourganics.com.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please use our **Customer Return/Exchange Form**.

Ensure you complete all required fields to help us process your return efficiently. Please note that you must ship the product back at your own expense for a return or exchange.

For Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, fill out the section of the form with the new item(s) you’d like to receive. Be sure to include any payment information for items of greater value. If you need the exchange shipped to a different address, please update your shipping details accordingly. Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks.

Important Return Instructions:
- Be sure to include the Customer Return/Exchange Form inside the package you send back to us.
- For your protection, we recommend returning items via a traceable carrier like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Nourganics is not responsible for lost packages if a tracking number is not provided.
- Returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid—we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once we receive the original item(s), we’ll issue a credit in the amount you paid (excluding shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Nourganics to process the refund to your credit card.

Gift Orders:
Gift orders are only eligible for exchange, not return.
